This project was notable in that the customer \nJPenergy\n had a very simple brief, but the goal was to design, overdesign, and implement a presentation website within 1 week. We have been working with the customer for a long time and thus had a good understanding of their background. We prepared 2 workshops where we identified the customer persona with the client, set requirements, selected the most important aspects, and created an MVP of the website, which we delivered within 1 week. Later, we supplemented it with a CMS, and we managed all this within the originally planned budget.
